Man Before the Morning is a sweeping novel rich in biblical detail which brings this oft-neglected man of the Easter story into focus. The author combines the actual events as recorded in the gospels with an inspired imagination to create a character who will not easily be forgotten. Here is Joseph of Arimathea. a courageous human being, challenging the Sanhedrin, suffering attacks on his own life, trying to save Christ from crucifixion.
Here. too, is a tender love story that has everything to do with Easter - of Joseph and his critically ill wife, Drusilla. Joseph's destiny unfolds in a powerful narrative which will carry him into his rightful place of those early Christians who changed the world.
